Make it happen
- Arrive between 06:30 and 09:00 at a large neighbourhood park; search 公园, 广场舞 or 太极 near your accommodation.
- Walk one loop before joining anything. Look for open edges of a group doing tai chi, badminton, dance or singing.
- Copy a simple warm-up at the back, smile, and step out when the pace no longer suits you.
- Finish with soy milk, noodles or a tea shop nearby; note the park name in Chinese for a later return.
